How to enrol on an Online IT Training course

Our Students come from all walks of life and backgrounds. Whilst many of our Students are already IT Professionals, a great deal of Students who enrol on our training courses have no prior IT or technical experience.

To that end, we do not wish those new to IT to make an uninformed decision about something as important as training and their career.

Due to our high pass rate and our Pass Guarantee, it is not in our interest to train you in an area which is unsuitable, or have you do a course which is taking you in the wrong direction.

Therefore we do not simply have a page online where you can purchase a course which could be unsuitable for you.

To ensure you make the right choice we have a highly trained and experienced Student Support Team who can assist you with help and advice on all aspects of your training, the IT industry and funding methods.

Note from our Fee Guide that our fee structure is the same for all our courses – no matter which area of IT you are studying. So there is no other motive to advising you to study in one area of IT over another. It is simply a matter of offering you the right advice so you are better informed about your training and career prospects.

Call us on 01271 314 440 to request an Enrolment Form or complete our enquiry form and one of our Personal Course Advisors will contact you.

Your Personal Course Advisor will be able to guide you through the quick enrolment processand will discuss your career requirements to ensure that your chosen training course is the right one for you.

What happens when I enrol?

Once you have decided to enrol with us your Personal Course Advisor will discuss payment options and the best way to fund your training.

Our Enrolment Department will then forward the appropriate enrolment documents to you by email. Throughout the enrolment process we keep in touch with you every step of the way so that you are aware of what is happening with your application.

Your enrolment documents will include your allocated Student Reference Number, instructions on how to complete the documents and our relevant contact details.

When your completed documents are received by us we inform you once again by email, so that you know we have received them safely.

The Enrolment Department then begin to process your application. This includes dealing with the various funding methods and completing stringent checks to ensure that there are no changes in the near future to the exam curriculum in your chosen subject. This ensures that you are always studying for the appropriate exams and not receiving out of date material.

Upon completion of the necessary checks we prepare your training material. The whole process can take up to 7 days to complete but we think it is worth it to ensure you are always studying the most up-to-date curriculum.

When your Online IT Training course is ready, we will forward an Activation email with full instructions on how to access your training online.

Your training material will include all the training needed for your chosen subject (no waiting on modules to be sent out; you will have your entire course from day one), instructions on how to set up your training, technical support information, contact details of support, and even details  on where to book your exams.
